SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY

We do our best to ship your items as quickly as possible. Once an order ships, the customer will receive an email notification with their tracking information.

Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address and other information once an order has been placed. Please make sure to review the information you have entered.

At the moment, we only ship within the Philippines.

International shipping may follow at a later date. Shipping is free within the Philippines.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales with Cop Garden are final! Cop Garden is a consignment store, which means numerous items we carry on this site and in store are provided by private owners. Absolutely no returns and exchanges.

Once an item sells, either online or in our store, the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Hence, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for any purchased items under any circumstance.

Note: All items on our Online Store are brand new and unworn unless stated as USED. Please make sure to double check your orders and purchases.

 

PAYMENT

All payments made on our site will be through Bank Deposit/Transfer or Credit Card/Debit Card through PayMaya.

BANK DEPOSIT / TRANSFER

To complete your purchase with the bank deposit payment option, please deposit/transfer your total amount to the BDO or BPI account you will receive only after checkout. 

We will prepare your items for shipping only after we have received full payment.

After payment, please send us an email with a photo of the deposit/transfer slip to staff@copgarden.com along with your full name, phone number and order number. Order # being on the subject line.  We will not confirm any payment you make to our account until we receive an email from you complete with all the information required.

Please keep in mind, we will only hold the item and await your payment until the end of the next banking day. After which we will automatically cancel your order. Customers who "flake" and "Joy reserve", will automatically be blocked from any future transactions on this site.

CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS

For Card payments, make sure all the information you enter is correct. 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We guarantee that all transactions made on our website are safe. All information entered while shopping on our online site is kept very confidential.

Your name, address, email address, payment information and all other personal information will not be distributed or sold. Your credit card information is always encrypted in a restricted database to keep it safe from hackers. We use this information only to contact you about your orders and purchases made on our site as well as to notify you on the shipment of your orders. Note that we do not send unauthorized emails (SPAM) other than emails regarding your purchase, payment, confirmation and shipping.
