Gift Card Policy
1. Definition:
A gift card is a prepaid card that can be used as a form of payment for goods offered by Cop Garden.
2. Purchase:
- Gift cards can be purchased in-store or online at shop.copgarden.com .
- Gift card denominations available range from ₱5,000 to ₱25,000.
3. Redemption:
- Message us at: +639776981521 whether you prefer the gift certificate should be delivered; either physical or digital.
- Gift cards can be redeemed in-store and online.
- The balance on a gift card must be used in a single transaction unless otherwise specified.
- Present the valid email confirmation if using the Gift card in-store.
4. Expiration and Fees:
- Gift cards will expire after 6 months from date of purchase.
- Cop Garden does not charge any fees for gift cards, including activation or maintenance fees.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards:
- Cop Garden is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Any Gift card replacements will not be made.
6. Refund and Exchange Policy:
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- All sales of gift cards are final.
7. Restrictions:
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
- Gift cards may not be combined with other promotional offers unless stated otherwise.
